How to get support

  • To receive support you will need to create an account and enter in your Item Purchase Code.
  • Once you are registered and logged in, you can submit a ticket within the correct section.
  • Describe the issue you are having and if necessary, include a link or an image to help us identify the problem.

Support schedule

We work 6 days per week Monday through to Saturday, 10 hours per day. So you should receive support within 24 hours, but in rare cases please allow up to 3 days dependent on our work load (unlikely support will ever take this long).
